I mean, yes, but you can't just make it bypass the first major organ it's being introduced to! If it's getting in through the lungs, the lungs would be the first thing paralyzed. A more full-body paralysis would be skin contact or otherwise injected into the bloodstream in order to get spread to the muscles. Ingested tends to affect multiple organs before muscles, and inhaled should affect the lungs first.

Honestly I'm really curious how she managed to get around that.
