Skilled soldier from the 2700s. He's got power armor that amplifies his strength, a bigass gun, skill in unarmed combat, numerous campaigns under his belt, and has been known to have access to a special suit that lets him travel through time at will, though I wouldn't have him use that unless it's appropriate for the opponent.
