Just wearing down Pidonus enough that she agrees would be rather big, IMO. Reminding her, on some level, of the idealism she once had.
Just a thought, really. There's also Pidonus trying to get Tsubomi to surrender to the darkness in her heart. (... Pfft, like there's much of that.)
