Someone was on the treadmill next to her, running along in a much heavier sweat. Small bracers were around his wrists and ankles; weights, most likely, but they didn't look too heavy. The man already looked quite in shape as it was, but he was clearly taking the routine seriously.
"Because... you have to... always push your limits... to get stronger. If your limits are... low, it takes... a lot of time... to catch up."
He glanced over to her, giving her a friendly nod, despite his serious look.
"Keep at it. It's worth it. Just... don't push so far... that you hurt yourself."
